Decrease in Cost of Work. If the Cost of the Work is decreased by change order, payment due from the Owner to the Construction Manager shall be reduced by the amount the Construction Manager is no longer obligated to pay subcontractors or suppliers for performance of the Work. Decreases in the Cost of the Work shall inure to the benefit of the Owner and shall not become part of the Construction Manager’s Contingency.

  • Start-Up Costs The Government of Ontario will provide:

  • Period of Work Work under this Agreement shall begin no sooner than the date on which this Agreement has been fully executed by the parties and approved by the Controller and the State Purchases Review Committee.   • ARTICLE HOURS OF WORK The following provision designating regular hours on a daily tour and regular daily tours over the nursing schedule determined by the Hospital shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the hours of work to be performed on each tour or during each tour schedule.
