Common use of Dedicated Access Service Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $2,000 to $4,850 for DS-3, with Terms of 1 to 2 years, and OC-3, with Terms of 3 years Dedicated Access at 5 NPA/NXX and or locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $2,000 150 to $4,850 1,105 for DS-3, with Terms of 1 to 2 years, and OC-3, with Terms of 3 years Dedicated DS-3 Access Service at 5 NPA/NXX and or locations 6 circuit ids mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. A 1 year term applies.
