Common use of Dedicated Access Service Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will be charged fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charge of $1,650 for DS-3 Access circuits at 1 NPA\NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will be charged pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charge of charges ranging from $1,650 90 to $5,000 for DS-0 Access Circuits, DS-1 (Terrestrial Digital Service 1.5) Access Circuits and DS-3 Access circuits Circuits at 1 NPA\NXX 21 NPA/NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
