The links are fully dedicated to the use of Carrier and provide the screening and routing usage for the SBC-12STATE STP to which the link is connected. Dedicated Signaling Links are available to Carriers for their use in furnishing SS7-based services or applications to their end users or other users of SS7 signaling information.
