Common use of Dedication and Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Dedication and Acceptance. Dedication and acceptance of the Wastewater Services is governed by the Applicable Regulations. The City agrees that it will not unreasonably deny, delay, or condition its acceptance of the Wastewater Service. From and after the City’s final acceptance of the Wastewater Service, the City will own, operate and maintain the Wastewater Services and will be responsible for all costs associated with it, except as otherwise provided by the Applicable Regulations or this Agreement.
