Common use of Deduction Authorization Clause in Contracts

Deduction Authorization. 15.10.2.1 Any eligible employee may authorize dues deduction by presentingan authorization card to the school district's payroll department. 15.10.2.2 Authorization for dues deduction shall be in force until revoked in writing by the member to the Board and the Union.
