Deduction Schedule. 4.1. The County reserves the right to deduct ten percent (10%) from the day’s reimbursement request if the Contractor is deemed to be in noncompliance with the CDA Regulations, Title 22, Division 1.8, Chapter 4, Article 5 of the California Code of Regulations as amended as they relate to the Congregate Nutrition Program, and/or with the requirements of this Agreement. 4.2.
