DEDUCTIONS FROM SALARY. A. C. If during the life of this Agreement there shall be any change in writing. Each of the associations named above shall certify to the Board, in writing, the current rate of its membership dues. Additional change and shall furnish to the Borough either new authorizations from its members showing the authorized deduction for each employee or an official notification on the letterhead of the Association and signed by the President of the Association advising of such changed deduction.
D. The Association will provide the necessary “check-off authorization” forms and the Association will secure the signatures of its members on the forms and deliver the signed forms to the Borough Administrator.
E. Any such written authorization for dues deduction may be received after August 1 under rules established withdrawn at any time by the State Department filing of Educationnotice of such withdrawal with the Borough Administrator. C. An Association member may resign his membership at any time by so notifying the Association and the Board in writing. Each The Board will be obligated to deduct membership dues only during the period of authorization from the associations named above employee during the actual term of employment.
D. The Association shall certify to the Board, in writing, the current rate of its unified membership duesdues by the Wednesday before the first payroll period date. Any association which shall change In the event any Association changes the rate of its membership dues dues, the local Association shall give to the Board and its members written notice prior to the effective date of such change. Any employee may have such deductions started or discontinued at any time upon sixty fifteen (6015) days written notice to the Board and the appropriate associationagency. This shall include: • Automatic Payroll Deductions for a credit union designated by the Association • Automatic Payroll Deductions for participation in a Tax Sheltered Annuity program. • Automatic Payroll Deduction program for disability insurance programs.
5. All employees may individual elect to have any percent of their monthly salary deducted from their pay. These funds shall be paid to the staff member on the final workday in June or deposited monthly into an account of their bank or credit union. The Board shall provide an authorization form to be completed by each participating employee. Once the percentage or dollar amount has been elected, and the repository for these funds has been chosen, there can be no changes made for the duration of the current school year.

2. Upon request, the Board will provide the Association with a list of those employees from whom dues were deducted.
3. In the event that an employee may have terminates employment, the Board shall deduct the balance of the unpaid dues for the current membership year from the employee’s final pay check and transmit these dues promptly to the Association.
B. Payroll deductions will be available at the request of the employee for the plans and ▇▇▇▇▇ listed below. Except in case of emergency, the Board shall distribute all monies from payroll deduction accounts to the proper recipients within ten (10) workdays of its deduction following the pay date.
1. 403b Programs - A list of companies authorized to offer 403b products to the employees of the Board will be made available to all employees by September 1 of each fiscal year beginning July 1.
2. Insurance plans approved by the Association and the Board.
3. Employees desiring payroll deductions for ▇▇▇▇▇ shall notify the Board in writing with fifteen (15) days notice.
C. The Board agrees to deduct charitable contributions from employees’ salaries only for charity fund drives approved by the Association and the Board when the employee has duly authorized such deductions discontinued at any time upon sixty and has voluntarily determined the amount of such a contribution. No school or individual quotas will be established.
