Common use of Deed of Accession Clause in Contracts

Deed of Accession. When there is proposed to be a transfer of Shares or an issue of New Shares with an effect that there is a new Shareholder, the new Shareholder must enter into a Deed of Accession in the form attached as Exhibit A, by which it agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, upon registration of such transfer or issue of such New Shares.
