Deemed Acceptance. For the purposes of this clause 29, Spark will be taken to have accepted Software if and only if: (a) Spark notifies Supplier in writing that the Software has been accepted; (b) Spark uses the Software in a live operating production environment for a continuous period of 10 Working Days or more (other than for testing, limited piloting, training, conversion or data migration, as provided in the Agreement, or as otherwise agreed by Supplier); or
