Deemed Knowledge. In performing the services we will not be deemed to have information from other services we or other PwC firms may have provided to you.
Deemed Knowledge. Without limiting the generality of Section 10.2.1, Purchaser shall be deemed to have knowledge of all facts that are expressly included in the Financial Vendor Due Diligence Report prepared by KPMG Deutsche Treuhandgesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, M▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇. ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, dated 3 April 2007 and made available to the Purchaser on 7 May, 2007 and all such facts shall also constitute Purchasers Knowledge.
Deemed Knowledge. Without limitation to its actual knowledge, the Contractor shall for all purposes of this Contract, be deemed to have such knowledge in respect of the Project as is held (or ought reasonably to be held) by any Contractor Related Party.
Deemed Knowledge.
