Default and Remedies for Default. Violations of any of the provisions of this Agreement, including a failure to pay any sum of money when due, shall constitute an act of default. Upon any act of default, the non-defaulting party may terminate this Agreement and exercise any and all legal and equitable remedies.

Default and Remedies for Default. Violations of any of the provisions of this Agreement, including a failure to pay any sum of money when due and after seven (7) days written notice of such amount being due, shall constitute an act of default. Upon any act of default, the non-defaulting party may terminate this Agreement and exercise any and all legal and equitable remedies.
