Default by Enterprise. Upon failure of the Enterprise to perform any obligation of the Enterprise under this Agreement, the Participant may make written demand upon the Enterprise, and if such failure is not remedied within thirty (30) from the date of such demand, or for such additional time as is reasonably required in the discretion of Participant to correct the same, such failure shall constitute an Event of Default at the expiration of such period.
