Common use of Default by Landlord/Events Clause in Contracts

Default by Landlord/Events. Defaults by Landlord are failing to comply with any provision of this Leaseback Agreement within thirty days after written notice; provided, that if such default cannot reasonably be cured within such thirty day period but Landlord commences and thereafter diligently attempts to cure such default during and after such thirty day period, then Landlord shall be entitled to such reasonable additional period of time as is necessary to cure such default.
