Common use of Default of Customer Clause in Contracts

Default of Customer. a. The Customer shall indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers and shareholders harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, expenses, liabilities and obligations, including, without limitation, reasonable legal costs that the Company may incur as a result of, or in connection with: i. Any breach of any representation or warranty made by the Customer to the Company; or ii. The Customer’s failure to comply with any clause in this Agreement, or any other policies adopted by the Company.
