Default Termination. 8.2.1 The Authority shall terminate the Charter Contract if the school receives three consecutive annual ratings established as the lowest rating possible indicating underperformance of a public school, as determined by the Department pursuant to the statewide system of accountability for public schools. The Charter School’s annual rating for any school year before the 2013-2014 school year must not be included in the count of consecutive annual ratings.
