Defaults; Collection of Indebtedness and Suits for Enforcement by Trustee. With respect to the Notes only, Section 5.03(a) and (b) of the Base Indenture is amended and restated in its entirety, which shall read as follows: (a) the Company fails to pay any installment of interest on any Subordinated Debt Security of such series on or before its Interest Payment Date and such failure continues for 14 days; or (b) the Company fails to pay all or any part of the principal of any Subordinated Debt Security of such series on any date on which such principal shall otherwise have become due and payable, whether upon redemption or otherwise, and such failure continues for seven days.
