Defaults Terminations and Remedies. a. Termination by JWA. JWA may terminate this Agreement: (i) In the event the CRO breaches any of its responsibilities listed in Paragraph 3. (ii) In the event funding from the DDA is not received by October 1, 2024. (iii) In the event the CRO becomes insolvent, makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, becomes the subject of any bankruptcy, reorganization or arrangement proceeding, or is adjudicated bankrupt.
