DEFAULTS UNDER CLASS A MORTGAGES. In addition to every other right and remedy provided herein, the Trustee may (but shall not be obligated to) exercise any right or remedy available to the Trustee in its capacity as owner and holder of Class A Bonds which arises as a result of a default or matured event of default under any Class A Mortgage, whether or not an Event of Default shall then have occurred and be continuing.
