DEFAULTS UNDER CLASS A MORTGAGES. In addition to every other right and remedy provided herein, the Trustee may exercise any right or remedy available to the Trustee in its capacity as owner and holder of Pledged Bonds which arises as a result of a default or Matured Event of Default under any Class βAβ Mortgage, whether or not an Event of Default shall then have occurred and be continuing.
