DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD. a. The Promoter is constructing the building and the Apartment/s with good workmanship using standard and approved materials, labor, tools, scaffoldings, ladders, materials, machinery and stores and other equipments required for the purpose of construction of the Apartment, and by appointing contractors, engineers, supervisors, workmen and such other persons so required.
