Common use of Defects and Damage Clause in Contracts

Defects and Damage. 10.1 The Licensee agrees: 10.1.1 to immediately report to the Management Company any defects arising in the Accommodation or any damage caused to the Accommodation or the Residence by the Licensee or its guests. Failure to report defects immediately may result in a disciplinary procedure in accordance with clause 8.11; and 10.1.2 to accept full financial liability for any loss or damage the Licensee or its guests may cause to the Accommodation or the Residence including any cleaning costs.
