Defence Force Reserves. (a) The Employer will release Employee Defence Force Reservists on unpaid leave to undertake all types of Defence service, including training. (b) Employees will be required to provide the Employer with proof of participation in Defence service activities and provide as much notice as possible of the dates they will be absent from work.
