Common use of Defense of Actions Clause in Contracts

Defense of Actions. Grantor will defend, at Grantor’s expense, any action, proceeding or claim which affects any property encumbered hereby or any interest of Grantee in such property or in the Secured Obligations, and will indemnify and hold Grantee harmless from all loss, damage, cost, or expense, including attorneys’ fees, which Grantee may incur in connection therewith.

Defense of Actions. Grantor will defend, at Grantor’s expense, any action, proceeding or claim which affects any property encumbered hereby or any interest of Grantee Beneficiary in such property or in the Secured Obligations, and will indemnify and hold Grantee Beneficiary harmless for, from and against all losslosses, damagedamages, claims, liabilities, obligations, judgments, liens, demands, actions, suits, cost, or expense, including attorneys’ fees, which Grantee Beneficiary may incur in connection therewith.

Grantor will defend, at Grantor’s expense, any action, proceeding or claim which affects any property encumbered hereby or any interest of Grantee Beneficiary in such property or in the Secured ObligationsIndebtedness, and will indemnify and hold Grantee Beneficiary harmless from all loss, damage, cost, or expense, including attorneys’ fees, which Grantee Beneficiary may incur in connection therewith.

Defense of Actions. Grantor will defend, at Grantor’s 's expense, any action, proceeding or claim which that (a) affects any property encumbered hereby or any interest of Grantee Beneficiary in such property or in the Secured Obligations, and will indemnify and hold Grantee harmless from all lossor (b) arises under, damage, cost, grows out of or expense, including attorneys’ fees, which Grantee may incur is in connection therewithany way connected with any Lease or the rights or obligations of Grantor or Beneficiary under any Lease.
