Common use of Defense of Pledged Collateral Clause in Contracts

Defense of Pledged Collateral. The Grantor will, at its own expense, appear in and defend any action, suit or proceeding which purports to affect its title to, or right or interest in, the Pledged Collateral or the security interests of the Collateral Agent therein and the pledge to the Collateral Agent thereof.
