Common use of Deferral of RSUs Clause in Contracts

Deferral of RSUs. The Grantee may elect to defer receipt of the Common Shares underlying the RSUs subject to this Agreement beyond the Distribution Date, pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Deferred Compensation Plan.

Deferral of RSUs. The Grantee may elect to defer receipt of the Common Shares underlying the RSUs subject to this Agreement beyond the Distribution DateDate (and to defer the dividend equivalents with respect thereto), pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Deferred Compensation Plan.
