Deferred Plans. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the COMFORCE Corporation Restated Deferred Compensation Plan and the COMFORCE Corporation Restated Deferred Vacation Plan shall continue in effect, and the rights and obligations of Employer and Employee shall be governed by the terms thereof.
