Deficiencies in Expenditures. 2.1 If TCAI has not incurred the requisite Expenditures under §1.3 to maintain the Option in good standing, TCAI may pay to WKR, within 30 days following the Expenditure due date, the amount of the deficiency and the amount of such deficiency shall thereupon be deemed to have been Expenditures incurred by TCAI.
