Common use of Defined Services Clause in Contracts

Defined Services. Under this agreement, services are bundled to provide the full array of services defined below, including training in the home, congregate living situation, etc., for families and Alaska service provider’s staff. Consultants will be expected to travel to the community of the identified client to provide behavioral intervention plan recommendations and training with ongoing technical assistance through video conferences, teleconferences, telemedicine, or other means.
