Defined Terms Construction. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Original Agreement. The rules of construction set forth in Section 1.02 of the Original Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference and shall be applied mutatis mutandis.
