Defined Terms; Interpretation. All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Original Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Original Agreement and the provisions of this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment shall control.
