Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, each term used herein that is defined in the Existing Credit Agreement or in the Amended Credit Agreement, as the context shall require, has the meaning assigned to such term in the Existing Credit Agreement or in the Amended Credit Agreement, as applicable. Each reference to “hereof”, “hereunder”, “herein” and “hereby” and each other similar reference and each reference to “this Amendment” and each other similar reference contained in the Existing Credit Agreement shall, on and after the First Amendment Effective Date, refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.
