Defined Terms Rules of Construction. Except as otherwise set forth in this Third Amendment Agreement, all capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement or, if not defined therein, the Credit Agreement as amended hereby. The rules of construction specified in Section 1.2 of the Credit Agreement shall apply to this Third Amendment Agreement, including the terms defined in the preamble and recitals hereto.
