Common use of Defined Terms Rules of Construction Clause in Contracts

Defined Terms Rules of Construction. All initially capitalized terms used herein (including in the preamble and recitals hereof) without definition shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Credit Agreement (including Schedule 1.1 thereto). In addition to those terms defined elsewhere in this Agreement, as used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
