Definition Interpretation. 1. The headings contained in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not be deemed to be a part of this agreement neither be referred to in connection with the interpretation of this agreement. 2. In this agreement, the use of the masculine shall include the feminine and vice versa and the use of the singular shall include the plural. 3.
