Definition of Base Wage. Base wage will be calculated to reflect current straight time hourly earnings. Longevity pay already being received will be calculated as part of the hourly base. If earned as lump sums, it will be converted into hourly base. Supervisors who receive differentials will continue to receive such differentials as part of their wage. However, should these supervisor’s jobs fail to meet the eligibility standards of the Master Agreement, an amount equal to the differentials of the Master Agreement will be subtracted from their base wage.
