Definition of Contract Execution Sample Clauses

The Definition of Contract Execution clause establishes what it means for a contract to be formally executed and become legally binding. Typically, this clause specifies the actions required for execution, such as the signing of the document by authorized representatives of all parties, and may clarify whether electronic signatures or counterparts are acceptable. Its core function is to eliminate ambiguity about when the contract takes effect, ensuring all parties understand the precise moment their obligations and rights commence.
Definition of Contract Execution. Contract execution, as used in Section 1.1, refers to the joint execution of this contract and amendments #4 and #7 to contracts 06-054-ACCD and 10-044-ACCD, respectively.
