DEFINITION OF LEVELS. Categories A0 to A4 01 a) A teacher who notifies the Director of Education in writing that an application has been submitted to the Qualifications Evaluation Council of Ontario (QECO) for an increase in category, is entitled to retroactive salary to the date of notification, provided that the teacher submits the QECO statement of evaluation certificate as proof of category change forthwith upon receipt of same. A copy of the application made to QECO shall accompany the notification to the Director of Education.
