Common use of Definition of Location and Location Expenses Clause in Contracts

Definition of Location and Location Expenses. for the purposes of this Agreement, the following definition of “location” shall apply: i) The CTV London “Local” location is considered to be any point within the combined radius of 20 km from the geographical centers of the cities of London and St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇. ii) The CTV Wingham “Local” location is considered to be any point falling within the “A Pattern” of the Channel 8 (Formosa transmitter) RF field. iii) The CTV Windsor “Local” location is defined as any point falling within the “A Pattern” of the Channel 60 (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Place transmitter) RF field.
