Definition of Non-UofT Clause Samples

Definition of Non-UofT status Any resident of Graduate House not currently registered as a student at the University of Toronto, as determined on a session-by-session basis based on registration status on ACORN, will be deemed a Non-UofT resident, and will make payments as such (see Section 5 below). This clause does not imply any eligibility to live at Graduate House beyond the terms stated in Section 2.1 above.
