Definition of Nonrecurring Costs. The Nonrecurring Costs, for the purposes of this Agreement, shall be the cost of the following: customary and routine refurbishments, improvements, upgrades and similar modifications, additions and alterations to the Aircraft, its engines and avionics, as permitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease.
