Definition of Security Documents. As used in this Agreement, "Security Documents" means and includes (i) the various documents referenced in Sections 7.1 and 7.2, above, (ii) any other security agreement which may now or hereafter be executed by Borrower or any other entity in favor of Agent, for the benefit of Banks, to secure performance of Borrower's obligations under this Agreement, and (iii) any modifications or amendments to any of the foregoing documents. Borrower intends that each Security Document (as the same may be modified or amended from time to time) shall grant to Agent, for the ratable benefit of Banks, a security interest in the items of collateral referenced in such Security Document.

Upon such termination, Secured Party hereby authorizes Debtor to file any UCC termination statements necessary to effect such termination and Secured Party will execute and deliver to Debtor any additional documents or instruments as Debtor shall reasonably request to evidence such termination.
