Definition of the Service. 4.1 Under the terms of this MoU the CPT, agrees to act as the lead responder for and on behalf of the Districts providing a series of services in compliance with a number of the duties specified for local authorities under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004. These services are detailed in two annexes which form an integral part of this MoU as described below: • Annexe A relates to the duties of the CPT; • Annexe B relates to the duties of the Districts;
