Definition/Ownership. A “Planted Spin-off” means a motion picture or television program or other comparable production which is not based on the Property and in which a principal character is an SPE Character (as defined in Section 11.c(i)). SPE shall own all rights in Planted Spin-offs and shall have the unrestricted right to produce and distribute Planted Spin-offs at any time.
