Common use of Definitions and Inconsistency Clause in Contracts

Definitions and Inconsistency. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings specified in the LP Swap, and all references in this Agreement to Paragraphs are to Paragraphs of this Agreement; provided that, except as otherwise specified herein in Paragraph 7, the term “Event of Default,” “Termination Event,” or “Early Termination Date” used herein with respect to DB shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the LP Swap.
