Definitions and Inconsistency. (i) Capitalised terms and expressions used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Master Definitions and Construction Schedule dated on or about the date of this Agreement (the Master Definitions and Construction Schedule) except to the extent the context otherwise requires. In the event of any inconsistency between the definitions in this Agreement and the Master Definitions and Construction Schedule, the definitions in this Agreement shall prevail. (ii) In addition, the following definitions are added to Section 14 of this Agreement:
