DEFINITIONS AND INTRODUCTION. The definitions used in this Schedule 12 (Change Procedure) are as set out in clause 1.2 of this Agreement. 1.1 This Schedule 12 (Change Procedure) sets out the procedure that shall apply to the classification, processing and approval or rejection of Changes. Each party shall bear its own costs in complying with their respective obligations set out in this Schedule 12(Change Procedure). 1.2 The Change Procedure shall not be used to effect any variations to the paragraphs of this Schedule 12 (Change Procedure).
