DEFINITIONS AND PARTIES. This is an AGREEMENT between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ COMPANIES, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the ENGINEER, and CITY OF SALEM, IL, hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT. The CLIENT proposes to engage the ENGINEER to furnish certain professional services in connection with the 2025 MOTOR FUEL TAX (MFT) GENERAL MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, SECTION 25-00000-00-GM, which work is hereinafter referred to as the PROJECT.
