Definitions and Principles of Construction. Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Credit Agreement. Unless the context clearly indicates a contrary intent or unless otherwise specifically provided herein, words used in this Mortgage may be used interchangeably in singular or plural form and the word "Mortgagor" shall mean "each Mortgagor and any subsequent owner or owners of the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof or any interest therein," the word "Mortgagee" shall mean "Mortgagee and any of its successors and/or assigns," the word "person" shall include an individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust, unincorporated association, government, governmental authority, and any other entity, and the words "Mortgaged Property" shall include any portion of the Mortgaged Property and any interest therein.
