DEFINITIONS; CERTAIN OPERATING CONVENTIONS. 1.1 For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below: Affiliated Group shall mean an affiliated group of corporations, within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code, including the common parent corporation, and any member of such group.   • Developer Operating Requirements The Developer must comply with the Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements including but not limited to Transmission Owner’s Operation Coordination Agreement, as it may change from time to time.
